to Tour Our Faculties
Sweet Pea is
always interested in showing you our centers and taking
the time to talk with you about what we can provide for
your children. When we do this, it is important to us that
our Director is available for your tour. To book a tour,
please send us an e-mail by clicking on the button below.
Please provide us with your name ,phone number where we
can contact you ,and your child's or children names and age
. Do include the center you would like to tour and when
you would like to come in. Unless you hear from us, the
time and date you specify will be fine. We generally tour
the centers between 8:00am and 5:00pm. Remember that Lunch
and Nap time is between 12:00pm and 2:30pm. Try to come
at a time other than Lunch and Nap time so that you can
see the activities the children are involved in.

Sweet Pea is
always interested in finding people to join a fast growing
organization with substantial room for advancement. We presently
have 3 new centers under construction that will open this
year. Because of this we are in need of Caregiver, Assistant Director,
and Director candidates. Sweet Pea benefits include Full and Part time
shifts, paid Personal days and Vacation days, Supplemental
Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement and Partial Childcare reimbursement. If
you have experience in the childcare industry or you are
a person that wants to learn and move up within an organization,
we are interested in you.
To
qualify as a Caregiver, you need to: (we will train)
- Obtain
or posses a current Clark County "Childcare"
Sheriffs Card and a Clark County "Childcare"
Health Card
- Preferably,
have employment experience working in a licensed childcare
facility
- Preferably,
have a current CPR card
To
qualify as an Assistant Director:
- Obtain or
posses a current Clark County "Childcare" Sheriffs
Card and a Clark County "Childcare" Health Card
- Preferably,
have 2+ years employment experience working in a licensed
childcare facility
- Have at
least (or you are working on) 12 university or college
credits in "Early Childhood Development classes or
equivalent CDA
- Have a
current CPR card
To
qualify as a Director:
- Obtain
or posses a current Clark County "Childcare"
Sheriffs Card and a Clark County "Childcare"
Health Card
- Preferably,
have 2.5 years employment experience working in a licensed
childcare facility taking care of children that were younger
than 24 months old
- Preferably,
have 2+ years employment experience working in a licensed
childcare facility as a Director
- Have at
least 12 university or college credits in "Early
Childhood Development classes or equivalent CDA
- Have a
current CPR card
